1973 Williams Darling Pinball & Original Terminator 2 Arcade Game - Price: 1.00 in Pendleton, Arkansas

I have downsized and don't have room for everything so I am letting some of my games go for way less than what they are worth! 
I have a xxxx Darling Pinball Machine-coin op made by Williams....the back glass and top glass are in great condition...I have the original keys....I used it and it works great but now the balls are stuck in the middle...after doing some research it's an easy fix but you have to take off the top glass and I don't want to mess it up by mistake.  When comparing prices with other pinball games from the 70's they sell for between 1,500-2,300.  I just want $400 ...yes it's cheap but I really need the room.
I also have a Terminator 2-Judgement Day  Game-coin op with Arnold Swart;alskdjf;ldkjager (?)  It is also in great condition and works great.  Both guns work and I also have the original keys.  The annoyance with this game is it is very loud (bang, bang,bang) not the game itself but when it shoots...I don't know if it has a volume button or not and I have 6 boys so it didn't take long before I unplugged it...lol.  The kids enjoyed both games...I wish I could keep them but I need the room.   When comparing prices with other Terminator Arcade Games they sell for over 2,200.  I just want $700....the arcade games seem to be growing in worth as the years go by...my plan was to have a game room but my husband lost his job and I had to downsize and I really need the room.
I have pics of the pinball game but for some reason my camera is not cooperating today so I just got a generic pic on-line of the Terminator game...it's in very good condition.  Both items must be picked up (I can't deliver) and the prices are as low as I can go....It feels like I'm giving them away for that price anyway but I need the room so I hope someone else can enjoy them.
I also have a couple of old coolers I'd let go for 60 each and some receivers for 80....don't have any pics but anyone can check 'em out.
It's first come first serve....I need to replace my floors and make room for my kids.  I live in Pendleton which is about 20 minutes north of the 465 exit in Indianapolis off I69....straight shot down 69.  465 is exit 0 and Pendleton exit is 19.
